Tsar Peter — vintage 2023/4 - Whisky

Peter the Great learned the trade of ship carpenter in the Netherlands. He discovered that wood makes almost everything better. We know that too and that's why we named this Cooper's Dream series Tsar Peter. Beautiful beers become even better and more intense by aging in used oak barrels, hand-selected by us.

This Scheepstimmerman tripel, aged in Rum barrels, is a soft surprise! The rum has given the tripel a soft sweetness that is unmistakably rum. But the original tripel also remains intact. A delicious beer to drink just like that, with a dessert, or as a digestif.
