Tsar Peter — vintage 2021/2 - Tawny port

Peter the Great learned the trade of ship carpenter in the Netherlands. He discovered that wood makes almost everything better. We know that too and that's why we named this Cooper's Dream series Tsar Peter. Beautiful beers become even better and more intense by aging in used oak barrels, hand-selected by us.

This Scheepstimmerman tripel, aged in Tawny port barrels, has a wonderfully soft taste, port and dark fruit form a nice balance with the 9.5% alcohol. The scent is reminiscent of fresh wood and tutti frutti.

Packed in black numbered 33cl bottle with outer box.
