General shipping information

In the table below you will find the shipping options, shipping costs and delivery times.
You can also choose to pick up, you will receive a separate message as soon as your order is ready.

You will be asked for your ID for both delivery and collection.
The name must match the details of the order.

!NB! You will only receive your order if you are 18 years or older. You must identify yourself upon receipt.

Information and instructions for self-collection

You can park in our parking lot, accessible by entering Werf in the navigation. When entering Werf, turn left after about 50 meters into our car park (between two wooden gates).

Collection instructions

As soon as you receive your pickup confirmation, your package is ready to be picked up.

You can pick up at the following times (with the exception of holidays and other days off):
Monday to Wednesday between 09:00 and 17:30
Thursday and Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m
Saturday between 12:30 and 6:00 pm

Print out the order form and take it with you!

NB! We always ask for your ID when picking up and delivering. This must match the information on the order form.
